do you ever teach people how to use their phones or computers?
Yes, working with clients who did not grow up with the technology that we have today is a delight! I spend time going through a process step-by-step, asking them to sit in the driver's seat while I coach them. After they have done it once, we go through it again & I ask them to take notes along the way. If time allows, we will review again at a future session.
